Job Description

Conneqt Digital is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and precision to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Process payroll efficiently and accurately, adhering to strict timelines.
- Maintain and update payroll information, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Supervise and direct the payroll team, assigning workloads to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with Business HR to collect and verify data for payroll processing.
- Administer employee benefit plans and oversee payroll-related documentation.
- Monitor accurate processing of appointments, transfers, promotions, and full-and-final settlements (FNF).
- Prepare and organize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports.
- Ensure payroll records are audit-ready and meet statutory requirements.
- Continuously review and improve payroll policies and procedures.
- Provide performance management and growth opportunities for the payroll team.

Qualifications

Educational: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience: 3-6 years of related experience in payroll management.

Technical Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of payroll functions, including tax preparation, balancing, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Darwinbox.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software.

Other Requirements:

- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team effectively.
