Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager - North, located in New Delhi. The Regional Manager will oversee and manage security operations within the region, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, implementing protocols, conducting site audits, monitoring compliance, facilitating training programs, and liaising with clients to address concerns. The role also involves business expansion, team leadership, and strategic planning to enhance service delivery. Qualifications - Proven expertise in team leadership, staff supervision, and operational management - Should be from Security industry and similar profile. - minimum 10 - 15 years experience in the security field. - Experience in security consulting, risk assessment, and crisis management - Strong communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in compliance monitoring and implementation of safety protocols - Strategic planning, budget management, and business development acumen - Ability to conduct site audits and provide actionable insights - Proficient in using technology and reporting tools - Bachelor's degree in Management, Security Studies, or a related field; advanced certifications in security management are a plus
