Job Description

About us:Frutta is South Indias most preferred one-stop corporate refreshment & experience partner.

We are hiring for multiple roles across three exciting categories: Event Management, Beverages (Vending Machines), and Cash & Carry Cafeteria Management.

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Salary: Up to 15 LPA

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and category growth in your area of expertise (Event management, beverages, or cash & carry cafeteria management)

- Manage vendor relationships and client accounts

- Oversee P&L and margin management for your category

- Lead negotiations and manage operations for your segment

What Were Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in business development, category management, or P&L management

- Proven margin management experience (not just overall P&L)

- Strong background in vendor management and client relationship management

- For beverages: Experience with companies like Chai Point, Roasty, Cafe Coffee Day, Tata, True Value Machine, La Baza, etc.

- For cash & carry: Experience in cafeteria management or B2B sales for corporate cafeterias

- For event management: End-to-end experience in business development, client relationships, and vendor management

- Stable work history (no frequent job changes)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Candidates:

- Those with experience in at least one of the four target categories

- Candidates with a track record of delivering results and managing margins
