Manager to lead client acquisition in key industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Steel, Mining, Manufacturing, Construction, and Renewable Energy industries.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships while ensuring exceptional turnaround times.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to design and deliver bespoke talent solutions.
- Develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close strategic partnerships.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and talent acquisition strategies.

What We're Looking For:

- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development / Market Expansion (Recruitment or Staffing industry preferred).
- Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A growth mindset and passion for solving complex talent acquisition challenges.
