Position Overview: A Service Partner in the car wash segment plays a critical role in delivering high-quality cleaning and detailing services to customers. This role requires daily travel to various customer locations, performing professional car wash services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Service Partner works closely with the franchise owner and receives ongoing training and performance monitoring (PM) support to maintain service quality and consistency. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently in the field, have prior experience in car washing or detailing, and are comfortable traveling within a designated radius of 50–60 km per day.Key Responsibilities:1. Car Washing and Detailing Services Perform exterior and interior car washing as per company and franchise standards. Ensure thorough cleaning of all vehicle surfaces, including body panels, wheels, windows, and mirrors. Provide interior cleaning services such as vacuuming, dashboard wiping, and upholstery care. Use appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to avoid vehicle damage. Deliver 5–6 high-quality car washes per day, maintaining consistent results. 2. Daily Travel and Service Delivery Travel to various customer locations within a 50–60 km radius each day. Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain punctuality in reaching customer locations according to schedule. Carry required tools, cleaning equipment, and supplies for mobile operations. 3. Customer Interaction and Satisfaction Greet customers professionally and explain the service process when needed. Address customer queries or concerns politely and promptly. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clean, spotless, and well-presented vehicles. Gather customer feedback and share it with the franchise owner for service improvement. 4. Equipment Handling and Maintenance Operate cleaning machines, hoses, and tools properly. Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition and report any faults to the franchise owner. Ensure cleaning solutions are stored and used safely. 5. Adherence to Quality Standards Follow the car wash guidelines and service checklists provided during training. Ensure all vehicles meet the company’s quality benchmarks before marking the job complete. Maintain cleanliness of the work area at each service location.Skills and Competencies: Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls per day. Knowledge of different cleaning methods and tools used for cars. Good communication skills and basic customer service etiquette. Basic understanding of vehicle surfaces and the care needed for different materials. Other Requirements: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is compulsory for travel between service locations. Willingness to travel 50–60 km daily. Physical stamina to handle car wash tasks multiple times per day. Must commit to a minimum of 3 months of service once hired.
