About the Role

Circle Channel Manager is responsible for planning and executing channel outcomes which leads to increase in channel

productivity across deposit and fee lines of businesses, drive digital adoption, cascade enablers, design campaigns, upskill and

retain channel talent. The Circle Channel Manager is expected to drive sales through BRO&BOH / RM Channel.

Key Responsibilities

. Drive digital adoption by channels under existing new initiatives like Siddhi, ADI, Kaleidoscope

. Active collaboration and engagement with central product and business departments to design channel enablers

which enhances channel outcomes. Facilitation with Tools, Training programs, Sales Drives, Rewards Recognition

etc. to simplify sales process

. Play key role in cascading central initiatives and driving adoption

. Design and manage channel level relevant programs from acquisition and growth perspective

. Monitor the internal processes for efficiency

. Channel level growth across all the products

. Monitor internal and regulatory communication pertaining to the products / program

. Tracking the customizations and profitability / viability of the same

. Conceptualize and anchor bank wide product / program campaigns across channels and geographies to ensure key

deliverables like Sales volumes, product mix, segment mix, etc

. Create Direct to customer campaigns/alliances to funnel digital leads

. Lead projects/activities for ensuring program / product awareness and mind share amongst internal resources

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

. Graduation / Post-Graduation (MBA-Marketing preferred) from a recognized institute

. 12+ years of experience in the BFSI sector.
