Your Mission (What You&aposll Actually Do):
You&aposll be my right hand in all things talent and team operations. Your role is critical. Expect to:
- Own the Hunt: Dive into the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing intriguing candidates and scheduling interviews to helping us make those final, tough calls.
- Be the Culture Glue: Help track team performance, organize activities that boost morale, and find new learning opportunities to level up everyone&aposs skills (including your own).
- Optimize Everything: Use your digital savvy to organize data, streamline our HR processes, and bring new ideas to the table on how we work; while moving fast.
