Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representatives across levels (Mechanical/Electrical) to drive business growth by promoting and selling our engineering products/solutions. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong sales skills to identify client needs, provide effective solutions, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities within the mechanical/electrical engineering sector.
Understand customer requirements, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical clarifications for clients.
Collaborate with design, production, and service teams to ensure feasibility and on-time execution.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide post-sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
25 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development (preferably in mechanical/electrical products, equipment, or solutions).
Strong understanding of engineering concepts and ability to explain technical details to clients.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and project discussions.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in industrial machinery, automation, electrical equipment, HVAC, or power systems sales.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently
