We're building something bold in HealthTech, and we're looking for a sharp, execution-focused Head of Growth to join our founding team. This is a high-leverage role for someone who's equal parts operator, strategist, and builder - someone who thrives in chaos, moves quickly, and wants to shape how millions access better health. What You'll Do
- Performance marketing: You live and breathe Meta Ads
- Lead the Growth Engine: Architect and execute acquisition and retention strategies across digital, offline, and unconventional channels.
- Crack B2B Growth: Spot and scale high-impact partnership channels across wellness, fitness, diagnostics, and more.
- Optimize Relentlessly: Own the numbers. Test, learn, and iterate fast on messaging, pricing, funnels, and formats.
- Think Full Stack: Partner closely with Product, Tech, and Ops to align user experience with growth objectives.
- Know the Market Cold: Dive deep into user insights, competitor moves, and whitespace opportunities.
- Own Special Ops: Run founder-priority growth experiments - light on process, heavy on results.
Who You Might Be
- Background in growth, business ops, consulting, performance marketing, or product. Startup experience is a big plus.
- A track record of taking things from 0 to 1 - and then to 100.
- You're analytical and scrappy. Fluent in Sheets/Excel, familiar with SQL, and love turning data into action.
- Strong communicator and collaborator. You can pitch, influence, and roll up your sleeves.
- Energized by the idea of building in healthcare. Curious, committed, and impact-driven.
- High quality standards, eye for detail and ability to fully own things.
