
High Salary Executive Assistant to MD

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical and managerial acumen, with a B.E. and MBA, and 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
You will function as a strategic partner to the MD, helping manage day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and key communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Organize internal and external meetings, including board meetings, reviews, and key presentations.
Prepare reports, briefing documents, and presentation decks as required.
2. Business Coordination:
Track and ensure follow-up on key action items from meetings and strategic initiatives.
Act as a liaison between the MD and senior management, internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Coordinate with functional heads and project stakeholders for progress updates and reports.
3. Communication Management:
Draft and review business correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information.
Represent the MD in select meetings or initiatives as required.
4. Project Management:
Support the MD in the execution of strategic and business development projects.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate dashboards or reports.
Assist in market/industry research to support business strategy and growth plans.
5. Administrative Oversight:
Handle expense reporting, reimbursement processes, and vendor coordination when necessary.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) – both mandatory.
5 to 7 years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership, preferably at the MD or CXO level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools.
Experience in data management, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Preferred Attributes:
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate under pressure.
Exposure to strategic business operations or consulting is a plus.
Location is Delhi NCR and compensation would be in line with industry standards
