Job Responsibilities Primary responsibility of the team member(s) would be to : - Manage the entire regulatory process especially for ECM deals - Handle due-diligence and pre/post IPO/ QIP process - Have thorough knowledge of SEBI and capital market related regulations - Have sound knowledge of products like IPO, QIP, Rights, Buy-back etc. - Have a good understanding of the regulatory nuances and should have completed few IPO/QIP transactions in left lead role - Help in preparing relevant sections of pitch/credential book - Can focus on drafting, documentation and liaisoning with regulators, stock exchanges, legal firms etc. Organizational Relationships - Investment Banking team - Institutional Equities team Desired Attributes - Problem solving, Multi-tasking, Eye for detail, Rigour, Fast Learning - Good communication and networking skills Qualification - CA/CS/MBA /LLB Experience - An ideal candidate would have 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience in a Cat 1 MB
