Position: Investment Banking AVP/VP Experience: 4-8 years of relevant investment banking experience Qualification: CA or MBA from IIM's/ISB/FMS/MDI Location: Bangalore Interested candidates can write to[Confidential Information]with their cover letter and CV, and a short note summarising their education and qualifying experience. Role Overview -Investment Banking AVP/VP: The role involvesworking independently as well as with senior team memberson PE/VC Fund Raising & M&A transaction execution as well as client pitches & business development. Key aspects include (among others): 1. Transaction Execution Work- Independent ownership of transaction execution: - Directly interacting with clients & client representatives, investors/buyers/sellers, and other advisors involved in transactions - Independent preparation of transaction collateral, analysis and insights - Valuation analysis and deal negotiations - Project managing due diligence and documentation till deal closure 2.
