Role Description

We are looking for Development & Business Interns who are enthusiastic about technology, sales, and digital innovation. This is a hybrid internship role (remote with occasional on-site meetings at our Bengaluru office).

You will gain hands-on experience in app/web development, sales & marketing, and business research. Interns who contribute significantly will be considered for future full-time employment opportunities with BFSITech Insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Support web and mobile application development projects
- Contribute to sales & marketing campaigns and community engagement
- Research technologies and market opportunities relevant to BFSI and digital solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, strategy) on live projects
- Assist in building digital products and platforms for business growth, student learning and mentorship opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Graphic Designing, Business, Sales & Marketing, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of web/app development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.) OR strong interest in sales, graphic designing & digital marketing
- Demonstrated passion for technology, finance, or entrepreneurship
- Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn, and adaptability
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Open for feedback and Solution oriented mindset

Additional Assest

- Personal/academic software projects or a portfolio
- Participation in hackathons, tech fests, or business clubs
- Creative work in social media, branding, or digital campaigns

Internship Details

- Job Type: Internship (Part-time/Full-time flexible depending on availability)
- Location: Hybrid Primarily remote, with occasional on-site sessions in Bengaluru
- Duration: 6 months
- Compensation:Performance-based stipend + value exchange benefits (mentorship, certification, portfolio-building). Outstanding contributors may be offered full-time employment opportunities post-internship.
