For more information, kindly visit www.collegedekho.com About the Role: Eligibility Criteria Experience: 3+ years of experience in an academic or administrative role within an educational institution/Ed-Tech. Job Responsibilities: lAcademic Management- Manage & Design academic schedules. Assist faculty members with administrative tasks, alignments, course material management, and resource coordination. Student support & grievance handling. lFaculty Support- Provide administrative and logistical support to faculty members, facilitate faculty access to resources and materials, etc. lConduct Jury and Evaluation- Facilitate the jury and evaluation processes. Ensure the timely and accurate communication of assessment results. lCoordination in Special Sessions and Training- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating special industry sessions and FDPs. lAcademic Data Management- Maintain and manage all academic data, Ensure compliance with data protection and record-keeping policies. Skillset required: The candidate should hold the following attributes: lCommunication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role involves interaction with faculty, students, and other stakeholders. lOrganization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects effectively in the given course of time. lUnderstanding of Academic Processes: Familiarity with academic processes, curriculum development, faculty support, and student assessment methods is essential lData Management: Proficiency in data management, including maintaining and analysing academic data and records. lKnowledge of Educational Technology: Proficiency with relevant educational technology tools and software for data management lSoftware Skills: Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and data analysis tools.
