Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market research, analyzing business trends, and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations. The individual should be highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Qualifications - Skill in identifying new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets - Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and market research - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to collaborate with internal teams and create proposals and presentations - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus - Previous experience in the education sector is beneficial - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development goals
