Responsibilities Welcomes inquiries from prospective students and is available to answer any questions regarding admissions requirements application deadlines program information and student residences Covert inquiries to registration Organize career development programs with school counselor for students Convert walk-ins into registration Follow up on enrollments Counsel prospective applicants on the admissions process and opportunities at the School One-on-one admissions counseling to diverse population is an important responsibility of this position Manage ongoing strategic communications with high schools preschools and independent counselors including email print and other media Assist in the development and delivery of on-campus events and programs for counseling groups and individuals Maintains correspondence with applicants and appropriate records and files Update eMountLitera on a daily basis with enquiry registration and admission list Daily monitoring and controlling of Front office Reception and Back office work areas PR with agencies related to administration Define duties for all administrative personnel Promote among all personnel an understanding of the problems and policies of the school system Upkeep of school campus-Security Hygiene and Cleanliness Coordinate with Principal on daily basis Control over outsourced process related to Transport security Housekeeping Material acquisition Knowledge of the school admissions and financial aid process Proficient in career and educational development processes and strategies Proficient in knowledge of student personnel and counseling Effective communication abilities Proficient at MS Office Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7659082994
