Talent Acquisition Intern

We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting candidates from the IT industry. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and content building for social media and job postings.
Location : Remote
Duration : 6 months
Stipend : 3000 to 5000per month
Experience : 6 to 12 months

Responsibilities-
- Conduct targeted sourcing and recruiting activities to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to search for potential candidates using Boolean search techniques.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the roles.
- Conduct phone and video interviews with the candidates.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Support the negotiation process with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the candidate pipeline.
- Assist in the development of social media posts and job postings to attract candidates and promote our employer brand.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Must Have Skillset-
- Recently completed Bachelor&aposs degree or pursuing MBA.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and a passion for sourcing and recruiting.
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in IT Recruitment
- Competency with LinkedIn, Sale Navigator, Linkedin Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms, as well as Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Quick learner, strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in content building is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
