What are you going to do Social Strategy Development - Plan and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments. Content Creation - Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce visually appealing posts, videos, stories, and reels that align with our brand identity. - Design and schedule daily, weekly, and campaign-specific content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. Community Engagement - Monitor and interact with followers, responding to comments and messages to build a vibrant online community. - Build fan loyalty by initiating discussions, polls, and interactive features (e.g., live Q&As or contests). - Moderate content to maintain a safe and respectful online community. Analytics And Reporting - Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, or Hootsuite) to track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth. - Generate monthly reports summarizing performance insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes. - Monitor and report on competitor activity for benchmarking and trend adoption. Tools And Technologies - Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.) and analytics tools like Google Analytics or platform insights. - Use design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) for high-quality visuals. - Leverage video editing software to enhance video content for storytelling and promotion. You Need To Have You need to have the following: - At Least 1 year of social media management experience - Proven track record of growing social media presence and increasing engagement. - You write content that is clear, easy to read and more engaging than similar content out there. - Creative storytelling skills with a knack for designing posts and crafting captions that resonate. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of audience behavior across social platforms. - You have empathy for readers and curiosity to understand their needs and wants.
