We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team In this role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building and nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth for our SaaS products The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development exceptional communication skills and a passion for technology and innovation Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation Acquisition Identify and target potential clients and strategic partners through research networking and industry events Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and expand our market presence - Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives and decision-makers Understand their needs and challenges and position our solutions to address these effectively - Sales Strategy Execution Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets Create and deliver compelling presentations proposals and demonstrations of our SaaS solutions - Market Analysis Conduct market research to identify emerging trends opportunities and competitive landscape Provide insights and recommendations to refine our product offerings and sales approach - Collaboration Work closely with the marketing product and customer success teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and to deliver a seamless client experience - Reporting Metrics Track and report on key performance metrics sales activities and pipeline development Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and outcomes Qualifications - Experience 1 years of experience in business development or sales preferably within the SaaS or technology sector - Education Master s degree in Business Administration Marketing Computer Science or a related field - Skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong understanding of SaaS products and industry trends Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills - Technical Proficiency Familiarity with CRM software e g Salesforce HubSpot and sales enablement tools Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts - Personal Attributes Self-motivated results-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to Please include Business Development Manager Application in the subject line DashLoc is an equal opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees ref updazz com
