We are seeking a strategic, design-minded, and execution-focused Product Delivery Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology background, deep understanding of the commercial lending domain, and familiarity with the broader tech ecosystem. You will play a key role in automating commercial lending transactions using AI, driving innovation and operational excellence. Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize, design, plan, and execute product delivery initiatives for commercial lending automation. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overall product vision and strategy. - Drive end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices. - Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using AI and emerging technologies. - Support the development and rollout of new features, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Facilitate effective communication between business, technology, and operations teams. - Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure delivery of results in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in product delivery, within the commercial lending domain. - Strong understanding of technology ecosystems and commercial lending processes. - Exposure to AI-driven automation and ability to relate to its application in financial services. - Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and frameworks. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Willingness to work EMEA shift and be present in the office all 5 working days. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills - Experience working in financial services or fintech environments. - Familiarity with commercial lending platforms and transaction workflows. - Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in automation.
