Company - for A Renowned NBFCRole - Relationship Management - Commercial Lending - Acquisition of Mid CorporatesLocation - HyderabadRole & responsibilities -To manage existing client base and to add more clients. Maintaining quality of the asset book managed by selfSource New relationships for Commercial Midmarket Business (Turnover >200 Cr). Experience in handling Corporate client relationships is preferred.Build a diversified portfolio offering revenues from Assets NII, Fees, Cross sell etc. Asset opportunities to be sourced aligned to the lending norms as prescribed.Strong focus on Credit quality. Thorough monitoring of accounts sourced, keep track on customer business and report any early warning signals and take appropriate actions as identified. Build a Portfolio which is strong and non-delinquent.Regular tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy.Track developments in the respective markets and provide feedback to the management team.Stakeholder management Coordination with internal as well as external stakeholdersPreferred candidate profile -Candidate needs to have an overall experience of more than 5 years, of which a minimum 3 years of experience in a Mid Corporate- RM role with a reputed Bank / NBFC would be preferredHe must have exposure in lending to Mid Corporate clients (Companies with revenue >200 Cr)Required Qualification - CA / MBA Finance from a reputed institute.Flair and ability to evaluate business opportunities.Relationship building and networking skillsStrong communications and presentation skillsAbility to get a given assignment/ job completed within the stipulated timeline
