Position: Upwork Bidding Specialist Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Lucknow Target Markets: US & UK Industry: Mobile & Web Development Services About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, bidding, and winning projects on Upwork for mobile and web development services . Key Responsibilities: Identify relevant projects on Upwork in the US and UK markets . Prepare customized, high-conversion proposals for each opportunity. Communicate with potential clients to understand requirements and set up calls for the sales/technical team. Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and achieve monthly bidding targets. Track, analyze, and report proposal success rates and conversion ratios. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, preferably in the IT services domain. Strong understanding of mobile and web development technologies and terminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with Upwork algorithms, profile optimization, and lead qualification. Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
