**Qualifications: B.E/ B. Tech in Civil/ Electrical Engineering**

**Requirement and Responsibilities**:

- Review of NIT, Drawings, and BOQ and Technical specs for bid calculation.
- Preparation of project synopsis and financial bid with market quotation
- Preparation of pre bid queries and attending pre bid meetings with client.
- Preparation rate analysis for all the items, collection of basic rates of key construction materials, preparing and sending the inquiries for specialized vendors, coordination with centralized purchase/procurement team
- Preparation of own cost estimates and comparing the bids with already approved contracts at the same locations.
- Submission of bid/ e-bid for government projects.
- Preparation of cash flow/ project schedule/ labor histogram & misc. documents for submission of bid
