Who You Are (Mandatory Skills):

  • Facebook Ads Expert:
  • Pixel tracking, Conversion API, Events Manager
  • Audience research, targeting, retargeting
  • Daily campaign optimization (placements, budgets, bids, exclusions, lookalikes)
  • Catalog campaigns


  • Google Ads Expert:
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)
  • Google Analytics (Conversion tracking, GA4 setup)
  • Daily optimization (negative keywords, bidding, QS improvements)
  • Merchant Center feeds management


  • Technical Skills (Non-negotiable):
  • Competitor Ad Analysis (Meta Ad Library, Google Auction Insights)
  • Pixel debugging & event tracking (Facebook Pixel Helper, GA Tag Assistant)
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting
  • Understanding of e-commerce metrics


Daily Responsibilities (Clear, no ambiguity):

  • Optimize Facebook and Google Ad campaigns daily
  • Create clear creative briefs for the design team
  • Analyze campaign data proactively and suggest next actionable steps
  • Conduct daily checks for disapprovals, pixel/event issues, and resolve them proactively
