The Telesales Manager will oversee telesales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. The role involves monitoring team performance, providing training and feedback, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Telesales Manager will analyze sales data and reports to drive continuous improvement and achieve revenue goals. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills with the ability to lead presentations and effectively engage with clients - Proven Team Management capabilities, including motivating and guiding a sales team - Well-developed Analytical Skills for sales performance evaluation and strategy formulation - Expertise in Customer Service to deliver outstanding client experiences - Experience in Training team members to enhance skills and performance - Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales targets - Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools will be an advantage
