Ensure all applications are scanned within defined timelines Oversee FTP uploads of scanned files and confirm batch creation on the server. Verify outward packet creation, ensuring correct pickup IDs and barcode ranges. Allocate work to executives and monitor task completion. Provide on-the-job training and guidance for process adherence. Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues. Ensure backup resource readiness for continuity of work. Conduct random checks on scanned files to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy. Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and client requirements. Maintain compliance with internal and client data-handling policies. Coordinate with the Manager for escalations and issue resolution. Share daily operational reports (volumes scanned, errors, delays, etc.). Maintain logs for inward, scanning, outward, and FTP upload activities.
