Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for the Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage key accounts. Daily tasks include leading and managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, meeting sales targets, and fostering relationships with clients. The role also involves conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure aligned business objectives.

- Proficiency in Account Management
- Experience in Team Management
- Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and sales data
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus
