Job Title Assistant - Client Servicing Location Palwal Haryana Salary 30 000 - 35 000 per month Experience Required 2-5 Years Company H G Graphics Pvt Ltd Industry Retail Display and Visual Merchandising Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant - Client Servicing professional to support our client relationships in the retail display and visual merchandising sector The ideal candidate will assist in handling key client accounts coordinating between internal teams and clients ensuring timely project execution and maintaining client satisfaction Key Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients to understand their requirements and expectations Coordinate with design production logistics and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery Maintain trackers reports and documentation for ongoing projects Support senior client servicing executives managers in account handling and follow-ups Prepare and share regular updates reports and feedback with clients and internal stakeholders Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by resolving queries and issues promptly Attend client meetings take detailed briefs and ensure proper internal communication Help maintain strong long-term client relationships Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Postgraduate in Business Marketing or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing preferably in the furniture fixture or retail display industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Word Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Detail-oriented and organized with a client-first approach Knowledge of design production processes in retail display or visual merchandising is a plus Working Days 6 Days a Week Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Ability to commute relocate Palwal Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience furniture fixture or retail display industry 1 year Required Work Location In person
