Job description Job Title Client Service Executive A Client Care Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients managing inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience with the company s services This role is essential in building strong client relationships maintaining ongoing communication and supporting overall client satisfaction and retention Key Responsibilities Customer Support Handle incoming calls emails or chats from customers Resolve queries and provide accurate information about products services and company policies Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments Problem-Solving Investigate customer complaints and identify solutions Process returns refunds or exchanges as per company guidelines Documentation Maintain detailed records of customer interactions including queries complaints and resolutions Update customer accounts and ensure data accuracy Customer Engagement Build rapport and establish trust with customers Provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction Provide information about services and actionable along with deadlines Help Client know the progress on the jobs assigned Feedback Collection Gather and document customer feedback for product or service improvements Share insights with management for process enhancement Sales Support Optional Upsell or cross-sell products and services if applicable Assist with placing orders and tracking deliveries Client onboarding process Payment follow up with the clients Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Requirements Graduation mandatory Key Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Active listening and empathy Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Multitasking and time management Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite Experience Preferred 1-2 years in a similar customer-facing role Language Proficiency Fluency in the local language and English is often required Job Types Full-time Permanent Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
