SaaS Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SaaS Sales Manager to drive our sales initiatives and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, mentoring team members, and executing strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales metrics, track team performance, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience in B2B sales and enterprise sales is a plus.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
