About Us:

Black Marlin Technologies is a leading digital marketing agency offering services in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Design & Development, and Mobile App Development. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can generate and close international leads independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate high-quality international leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Pitch and close deals for services including Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Mobile App Development.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain long-term business opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing and delivery team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Male candidate preferred.
- 34 years of proven experience in business development or sales in IT/Digital Marketing services.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork and similar international freelancing platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Flexible to work as per client time zones and business needs.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
