Job Title: Strategic Alliances Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Alliances Specialist to drive our business growth in the UK territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a strong consultative approach to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners, driving business growth through effective pipeline tracking and forecasting, and working closely with our field sales team to facilitate account interlocks and mine accounts for incremental business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual partner GTM strategies for the region.
  • Coordinate with Central Alliances team to ensure seamless execution of partner engagement plans.
  • Responsible for pipeline tracking and forecasting business for the territory.
  • Understand HCL's services offerings and translate them to the field sales team.
  • Work closely with field sales team to facilitate account interlocks and drive business.
  • Drive regular executive alignment between HCL leaders and partner leaders to build business momentum.
  • Facilitate technology enablement via workshops, webinars, and update sessions for HCL teams.
  • Manage MDF/BDF along with the marketing team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Alliance Management from OEM/SI/Re-seller background.
  • IT infrastructure domain knowledge.
