Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team at SHEETAL COOL PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of work experience and will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience effectively. Qualifications and Skills - Proficient in social media marketing to develop and implement effective strategies tailored to the company's goals. - Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and improve campaign performance and engagement. - Experienced in community management, fostering a strong connection with the online audience through regular interactions. - Expertise in engagement strategies to captivate and maintain the attention of target audiences (Mandatory skill). - Ability to manage social media campaigns from planning to execution and assessment (Mandatory skill). - Exceptional coordination skills to ensure seamless collaboration between different teams and departments (Mandatory skill). - Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives. - Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way, nurturing community and driving engagement. - Draft and manage monthly social media calendars to ensure timely and relevant communication with the audience. - Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to meet company objectives and increase return on investment. - Stay updated on social media trends and educate the team to ensure all strategies are current and effective. - Coordinate with other marketing team members to align digital strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
