Job Description Firstventure is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Sales professional to significantly drive our company's growth. This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in sales, strong leadership potential, and a passion for building lasting client relationships within the IT/SaaS industry. You will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and positioning Courseplay as the leading solution for learning, engagement, and performance automation. Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, and manage your own sales and business development team, fostering a high-performance culture. - Pipeline Generation: Prospect relentlessly to build a robust sales pipeline and cultivate strong personal relationships with potential clients. - Sales Execution: Deliver compelling sales pitches, product demonstrations, engaging presentations, and tailored proposals to prospective clients. - Forecasting & Reporting: Create reliable sales forecasts and maintain complete transparency with management regarding pipeline status and sales activities. - Quota Achievement: Consistently close new business at or above quota level, driving significant revenue growth. - Networking & Relationship Building: Meet with senior executives and CXOs to build your professional network and identify strategic opportunities. - Client Training & Success: Provide comprehensive Courseplay training to clients, ensuring their successful adoption and utilization of our platform. Create impactful case studies showcasing client success stories. - Channel Partner Development: Build and nurture global channel partnerships to expand market reach and sales opportunities. - Internal Collaboration: Invest in colleagues, offering coaching and constructive advice to enhance team performance. Listen to market needs and share valuable insights with product and marketing teams to inform strategic decisions. - Market Dominance: Work strategically to make Courseplay the default choice for any enterprise evaluating a learning, engagement, and performance automation solution. Desired Qualities & Skills: - Experience in selling IT or SaaS solutions. - Strong understanding of the sales funnel and effective sales methodologies. - Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and metrics. - Exceptional analytical, calculation, and reasoning skills to effectively assess situations. - Ability to establish credibility quickly and make decisive actions. - Adept at building rapport and getting along easily with diverse personalities. - Proficient in handling deadlines and taking full responsibility for outcomes. - Possesses a sharp eye for detail in all aspects of sales and client management. - Possesses superior presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful and persuasive pitches. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and correctness. - Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously. - Skilled in positioning company products effectively against both direct and indirect competitors. - Experience with LMS, B2B, SaaS, IT, cloud, enterprise software, or e-learning companies preferred. - Some travel may be required.
