In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital. Job Description:- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals and setting individual sales targets. Role and Responsibilities:- - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets - Lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success in achieving individual and team sales targets - Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current one - Meet customers in person to resolve their queries and move them forward in the conversion pipeline - Manages Service Requests and makes sure that customers are engaged through the lifecycle of Service Request - Data-centric approach and coming up with smart & and efficient processes for amazing customer experience - Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress Required skills and Expertise:- - 4 - 6 years of experience in inside/outside sales in B2C companies - Must have experience managing a high-performance team - Experience and passion for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and should be a quick learner with people management skills - You should be a result-oriented, self–starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, and focused on team cohesion - You should possess strong networking & and relationship-building skills
