This role helps achieve sales growth through the areas of responsibility as retaining customer relationship and obtaining new business and opportunities On a typical day you will: Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets Use Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues What you will need to be successful You have a business or technical degree or business administrator You have initial experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver results You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
