Job Description Date Posted: 2025-08-12 Country: India Location: MK Towers, #27, Longford Road, Shanti Nagar,Bangalore - 560 027, India JD/Requirement for New Sales Executive. - Location: Bengaluru. - Job Designation: Executive/Engineer - NE Sales. - Reporting Manager: Muralidhar Chinnappa JOB DESCRIPTION: - Generating enquiries and finalization of orders, Contract Management, forecasting and target setting. - Meeting customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements and develop and increase customer base. - Understanding product strategy & market trends for allotted territory. - Identify and maintain rapport with key persons in major customer organizations. - Preparing and maintaining customer database, establishing product strategy for allotted territory or account depending on market trend. - Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations, keeping customers informed, updated, and equipped with product development and literature. - Market survey, knowing competitors, generating, and attending new inquiries, preparing sales negotiation data sheet. - Preparing and submitting model elevator proposals & attending negotiation meetings. - Follow up on proposals and tenders, Negotiation and finalizing of orders, Processing of orders received. - Co-ordinating SIP (Sales-Installation) meetings Key Skills Data Management & Analysis Selling experience (Market Pulse) Understanding the industry Dynamics Communication skills. Education Minimum B.Tech / B.E. - Electrical/ Mechanical/Instrumentation, MBA will be added advantage.
