Shift: Night Shift (Flexible) Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Accounting Services Associate III with 35 years of experience in RTP/S2P (Request to Pay / Source to Pay) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of procurement and accounts payable, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex vendor interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Execute end-to-end RTP/S2P processes including procurement and accounts payable. - Handle vendor correspondence professionally via email and chat. - Provide high-quality customer service by understanding all aspects of assigned tasks. - Resolve complex inquiries related to vendor payments and procurement. - Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing. - Use CRM tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP and Ariba) for daily operations. - Adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a dynamic work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in RTP/S2P processes. - Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable workflows. - Basic accounting knowledge. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with CRM tools and ERP systems (SAP & Ariba preferred). - Ability to work flexible night shifts. - Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in a shared services or global finance environment. - Exposure to vendor management and compliance processes.
