Location Maharashtra India Local Candidates Preferred Position Overview We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Team Leader with a robust background in engineering and urban planning to join our dynamic team This leadership role is perfect for an expert with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the infrastructure sector particularly in water supply master planning and sewerage systems The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in spearheading significant urban and industrial development projects and be a recognized member of the Institute of Town Planners of India or an equivalent apex professional body Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage high-profile infrastructure projects including the preparation of Development Plans and the planning of City Industrial Areas Special Economic Zones and Logistic and Transportation Networks - Oversee the planning and implementation of water supply systems sewerage networks and master plans ensuring all projects align with regulatory standards and community needs Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring effective project delivery within scope budget and time constraints - Engage with key stakeholders including government authorities community leaders and clients to ensure project alignment and address any concerns or requirements - Analyze and integrate various data sources to inform planning decisions and optimize infrastructure development - Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in urban planning and infrastructure to ensure innovative solutions and best practices are applied Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Engineering followed by a Master s degree in Urban Planning Minimum of 20 years of experience in the infrastructure field with a strong preference for candidates experienced in water supply master planning and sewerage systems - Proven experience as a Team Leader in at least two significant assignments involving the preparation of Development Plans planning of City Industrial Areas Special Economic Zones or Logistic and Transportation Networks - Membership with the Institute of Town Planners of India or a similar apex professional body is required - Demonstrated expertise in project management strategic planning and stakeholder engagement Preferred Attributes - Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects - Experience working in Maharashtra or a deep understanding of local infrastructure and urban planning challenges - Ability to adapt to changing conditions and innovative problem-solving skills Why Join Us- Be a pivotal part of transformative projects shaping the future of urban and industrial development across India - Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals in a supportive and forward-thinking environment - Enjoy competitive compensation and benefits with opportunities for professional growth and development - If you are a seasoned infrastructure planner with a passion for leading impactful projects and driving urban development forward we invite you to apply and contribute to our vision of creating sustainable and thriving communities
