Role Description We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Specialist Carbon Black Masterbatch to join the team. The ideal candidate should have experience in carbon black masterbatch sales across multiple market segments and a good understanding of technical and commercial aspects of customized masterbatch solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of carbon black masterbatch products across relevant market segments. - Develop and manage relationships with customers across irrigation, automotive, foam, industrial goods, food & beverage sectors. - Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition in targeted markets. - Collaborate with technical/R&D teams to develop innovative, customized carbon black formulations tailored to customer requirements. - Lead the go-to-market process for new or custom-developed masterbatch products. - Support product positioning, technical discussions, and post-sales service. - Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure delivery of high-quality, technically-sound solutions. - Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular forecasts and market intelligence. Qualifications and Experience: - 5 years of hands-on experience in sales of carbon black masterbatch. - Experience working across multiple market segments; prior exposure to at least two or three of the following is strongly preferred: Irrigation Automotive Foam Industrial goods Food & beverages - Demonstrated ability to work with technical teams to create and launch customized or innovative formulations. - Preferred: Experience working at a compounder, particularly one that developed carbon black masterbatch solutions for various polymer matrices like polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon, etc. - Strong understanding of polymer processing and applications. - Proven sales track record and strong network in relevant sectors. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills. Preferred Skills: - Technical knowledge of masterbatch compounding and polymer behaviour. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team setting.
