About Frontier At we help companies grow full-time cross-functional teams abroad We hire the smartest people and we place them in the best companies We have placed over 800 hires across 50 different US based startups and high growth companies About the Client is a leading third-party logistics 3PL provider based in Atlanta with over three decades of experience in the fulfillment industry They specialize in e-commerce order fulfillment kitting and assembly warehousing and Amazon seller support With a strong focus on technology and seamless platform integrations All Points empowers growing brands to scale efficiently Their commitment to accuracy speed and customer satisfaction makes them a trusted logistics partner for modern e-commerce businesses Overview We re looking for a proactive detail-oriented Operations Account Executive to join our growing team This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to build a career in logistics client services and account management You ll work closely with our Senior Account Executive and General Manager to deliver top-tier support to ecommerce clients while gaining exposure to fulfillment operations and account strategy Key Responsibilities Support senior team members with client communications and day-to-day account coordination Manage day-to-day execution of new and existing ecommerce accounts Serve as a point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and strong relationships Collaborate with warehouse operations on inventory management order fulfillment and custom projects Ensure client orders are processed accurately and delivered on time Monitor account performance and take initiative to resolve issues or improve service Handle invoicing and billing using QuickBooks training provided Track and report order data using our Warehouse Management System WMS Maintain and update client reports and spreadsheets in Excel Support process improvements and contribute to client satisfaction and retention Gain a working knowledge of our fulfillment and kitting operations to better support client needs Qualifications Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of professional experience customer service logistics operations or office admin experience a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel general tech savviness required Experience with QuickBooks or similar invoicing software preferred but not required Experience with Veracore or similar Warehouse Management Software preferred but not required Willingness to learn warehouse systems and operational processes Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
