Job Description Location - Ranchi Employment type - Full time On site About the role We are looking for a responsible and organised Accounting and Operations Executive for Midha Education Private Limited. This role is a blend of basic accounting coordination and daily operational management. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable with office management tasks, and be able to work smoothly with internal teams and external partners. Key responsibilities Coordinate with company CAs and act as a link between the firm and our accounting partners Share required records and data with CAs for GST filing, TDS, payroll, ROC filings, and compliance tasks Maintain updated financial and operational records Prepare documents, reports, and basic working files requested by CAs Manage day to day office operations and ensure smooth functioning Handle communication with vendors, internal teams, and service providers Create basic PowerPoint decks, Word documents, and Excel sheets Provide support in sales and marketing activities when required Assist management in administrative and operational tasks as needed Required skills Basic understanding of accounting Strong communication skills Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn. Good organizational ability and attention to detail Comfortable with Microsoft Office Ability to handle multitasking and follow structured processes Qualifications and Preferences Graduate in any field Experience in accounting or operations is preferred, but motivated freshers may also apply
