Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Management Trainee in Recruitment. The role involves managing the recruitment life cycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding. The individual will also assist in training new hires, communicating with stakeholders, and actively participating in strategic hiring initiatives. Qualifications - Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes. - Create a new recruitment strategy and implementation. - Client Coordination and development. - Managing P&L of the team. - Graduates from reputed colleges/universities are preferred; however, strong skills and relevant experience will be equally valued - Up to 2-3 years of experince. - Experience in conducting Interviews and candidate assessments. - Excellent Communication skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders effectively. - Knowledge of Training methods and ability to onboard new hires efficiently. - Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. - Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is a plus. - Educational qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
