Position Overview:

The Housekeeping Facilitator will be responsible for training and guiding students in the domain of housekeeping operations within the hospitality sector. The facilitator will ensure delivery of high-quality, practical, and engaging sessions that prepare candidates for employment in hotels, resorts, and related industries.

Candidate with prior five star hotel experience only can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct theory and practical sessions on housekeeping operations, safety, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Train students in areas such as room cleaning, bed making, linen management, use of cleaning agents, and equipment handling.
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and active participation of trainees during sessions.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee performance and learning outcomes.
  • Support mobilization and placement teams by providing inputs on trainee progress and readiness for employment.
  • Ensure training infrastructure and materials are maintained in good condition.
  • Participate in curriculum reviews, trainer meetings, and other academic activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in hospitality/housekeeping preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in housekeeping operations in hotels, resorts, or hospitality training centers.
  • Prior experience as a trainer or facilitator will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring youth from diverse backgrounds.

Skills Required:

  • Practical knowledge of housekeeping tools and cleaning techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Basic computer literacy for report submission and online training coordination.

Compensation:

As per organizational norms and experience.
