Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Patna. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include market analysis, client acquisition, business promotion, and ensuring excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to banking policies and standards. Qualifications - Proven experience in business development, client relations, and sales strategy development - Strong market analysis, negotiation, and networking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in financial products, banking operations, and customer service - Ability to manage time effectively and deliver results in a competitive environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are preferred - Familiarity with industry regulations and interest in technology-driven banking solutions
