we help companies across industries get ahead and stay ahead Powered by curiosity courage and innovation our teams implement data technology and AI to create tomorrow today Get to know us at genpact com and on LinkedIn X YouTube and Facebook We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Team Lead to manage a team of 25 professionals supporting US Retail marketing operations from our Bangalore shared services center The role involves leading three sub-teams Creative Services Digital Marketing Operations and Marketing Operations while ensuring operational excellence stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement Role Marketing Team Lead Senior Manager Responsibilities Team Leadership Management Lead and mentor a team of 25 members across three sub-functions Drive team performance to meet KPIs and Client Service Level CSL agreements Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous learning Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for US-based stakeholders Build strong relationships and ensure alignment with client expectations Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on performance and initiatives Operational Excellence Ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing services across creative digital and operational streams Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times Monitor and report on key metrics ensuring adherence to SLAs Transformation Innovation Contribute to strategic initiatives and propose transformation ideas to optimize marketing operations Drive automation and capability-building programs within the team Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Administration or related field MBA preferred Domain Expertise Strong understanding of US Retail marketing processes and service delivery models Leadership Management Proven experience managing large teams 20 members and multiple sub-functions Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to present to senior stakeholders Analytical Detail-Oriented Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights Stakeholder Management Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across geographies Technical Marketing Knowledge Familiarity with digital marketing tools creative workflows and marketing automation platforms Education Why join Genpact Lead AI-first transformation -
