Job Title Senior Marketing Manager Marketing Manager - User acquisitions Growth Brazil Latin America Location Bangalore Function Marketing Employment Type Full-Time About Us We are a fast-growing real-money gaming company with a bold vision to bring skill-based games to a broader audience in Brazil With a strong product foundation and early user traction we are now building out a world-class marketing team to scale user acquisition engagement and retention If you re passionate about gaming love driving measurable growth and are excited by high-ownership roles - we want to hear from you Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager Marketing Manager to lead the growth charter for our skill-based real money gaming app in the Brazil region This role will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our user acquisition strategy across a mix of online and offline channels You will own key performance metrics related to growth and work cross-functionally with product creative and analytics teams to rapidly scale the user base while maintaining strong ROI discipline Key Responsibilities Lead the user acquisition strategy for Brazil managing end-to-end execution Drive performance marketing across digital channels - Meta FB IG Google UAC programmatic and other paid media Build and manage influencer marketing programs tailored for local audiences Develop and execute content and partnership campaigns across social platforms OTT TV and offline Explore and scale affiliate and partnership opportunities that unlock new user funnels Continuously optimize CAC LTV and ROI through data-backed experimentation Collaborate with internal creative and analytics teams to iterate campaigns and user funnels Own market insights and user behavior to localize campaigns and drive high resonance What We re Looking For 4-8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing preferably in mobile-first B2C products Prior experience in real money gaming fintech betting or mobile apps is a strong plus Deep understanding of Brazil LATAM digital landscape media consumption habits and cultural nuances Hands-on experience with running paid campaigns across Meta social platforms influencers and offline media Data-driven mindset with strong familiarity in campaign tracking attribution and optimization tools Ability to work independently thrive in ambiguity and take full ownership of growth KPIs Why Join Us Be part of an ambitious fast-growing startup that s redefining skill-based gaming in emerging markets High-ownership role with freedom to build and scale growth levers from scratch Work with a passionate cross-functional team that moves fast and values experimentation Competitive compensation and performance-driven incentives Ready to scale the next big gaming brand in Brazil Apply now and let s build something great together
