Job Summary Role - Marketing Manager Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore Travel - As required Salary - 30,000/ - Fixed Salary with Incentive based on Performance Our Client Located in Bangalore, a growing company specializing in organic and natural health and food supplements, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive wholesale and retail sales development. This individual contributor role based in Bangalore offers an excellent opportunity to lead growth initiatives, manage key accounts, and implement impactful sales and marketing strategies. The role includes working directly with senior management to expand our market presence and increase sales revenue. Travel as needed within assigned territories.Key Skills Proven sales marketing, wholesale channel development, retail sales growth, natural health products knowledge, communication skills, negotiation skills, relationship building, promotional campaign planning, market research, competitor analysis, digital marketing proficiency, CRM expertise, self -motivated, goal -oriented, analytical thinking, report preparation, client relationship management, time management, independent working, flexible travel Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for wholesale and retail channelsIdentify and onboard new wholesale distributors, retail partners, and sales outletsManage relationships with existing wholesale clients and retail partners to maximize sales potentialPlan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns for product launches and seasonal salesConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisionsProvide sales and marketing support materials and training to internal and external stakeholdersTrack sales data, prepare reports, and present performance insights to senior managementCollaborate with supply chain and product teams to ensure product availability and competitive pricingGather customer feedback and support retention initiatives, loyalty programs, and after -sales serviceTravel as required to meet clients and support sales operations in various locationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field4 to 6 years of experience in marketing and sales development, preferably in health, wellness, FMCG, or related sectorsDemonstrable success in wholesale and retail sales growth initiativesStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and take ownership of resultsProficiency with MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing platformsFlexible to travel as needed for client meetings and sales support
