Job Requirements Location Hyderabad Experience 3-5 years Employment Type Full-time About Swaasa Swaasa is a healthcare-first digital platform designed to empower healthcare professionals connect patients to care and drive innovation across the medical ecosystem We bring together jobs learning community and tools that help build meaningful careers and improve access to healthcare Role Overview As a Visual Designer you will play a pivotal role in building consistent and engaging visual assets that span across our product interfaces websites and marketing campaigns You will work closely with product managers developers and marketers to craft compelling UI components and marketing creatives that communicate clearly build trust and reflect our brand ethos Key Responsibilities UI UX Design Support Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design intuitive accessible and aesthetically aligned UI components Create visual assets such as icons illustrations and UI mockups for mobile and web platforms Ensure visual consistency across products by contributing to and maintaining a design system Marketing Brand Design Design digital marketing creatives including social media visuals email banners paid ad assets and landing pages Create event collaterals posters standees presentation decks booth designs etc Work with the content team to translate key messages into compelling visuals for awareness and adoption Brand Stewardship Uphold brand guidelines and refine them when necessary to ensure consistency across all touchpoints Contribute to the evolution of the brand s visual language to align with strategic goals and target audiences Assist in packaging design product mockups and partner co-branding assets as needed Work Experience Requirements 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic or UI design roles preferably in health tech SaaS or B2C products Strong portfolio showcasing a balance of visual design UI work and marketing collateral Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and After Effects bonus Familiarity with responsive design accessibility and basic UX principles Ability to take creative ownership work independently and deliver under tight timelines Understanding of design for both Indian and global audiences is a plus Nice to Have Experience working with healthcare or wellness brands Animation and video editing skills for reels banners and UI interactions Familiarity with CMS platforms or no-code tools like Web flow Framer or Canva for quick edits What You ll Get Opportunity to shape the visual identity of a purpose-driven healthcare platform A collaborative and open culture that values creativity and experimentation Exposure to a wide variety of design problems products marketing events content and more Flexible working arrangements and a team that respects your craft
