Role Overview:
As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs across various platforms. From crafting social media creatives to designing marketing collateral and performing basic video editing, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating our brand’s visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design eye-catching and engaging social media creatives tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create marketing and sales collateral such as eBooks, presentations, brochures, and documents that align with brand guidelines.
- Edit basic videos and create motion graphics for promotional content, explainer videos, and other marketing needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s visual identity and branding.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
- Ability to translate briefs into creative and impactful designs.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
